Notes for Laura Jean COOK

Laura is a collector, Salt and Pepper shakers, and an extensive collection of
Dolls she has collected from all over the place, as she traveled with her
military husband to many exotic places during his military career. And old
Antique furniture that she has furnished their guest cabin with. The log cabin
it's self is an original, they have had to make some repairs on it but have left
it original, Mother and I stayed in it when we went to visit, it was great, HOW
EVER I was a bit apprehen'sive about some of the animals, some of them sounded
bigger than me, you see the outhouse is also original and a fer piece from the
cabin. How ever it was an experience I would not have missed, and hope to stay
there again. NOTE: Lately Laura has added TEDDY BEARS to her collections, I have
not seen these yet but hope to. ( The area that George and Laura live in is a
true Nature Habitat, a nearly untouched wilderness, it is truly beautiful there
and so quiet, like no other place I have ever been.
