Notes for Thomas FARRAR
The marriage of Thomas Farrar to Katherine Perrin is found in Hen. D& W 1677-92, I. 389. His will of 28th of February 1740-15/6/1742 Goodchland County, Virginia, was witnessed by: Geo. Payne, John Watson, Edward Moore, Joseph Hamilton, and proved by John Watson and Edward Moore.
His first two children must have predeceased him because they were not mentioned in his will.
William Farrar the eldest son, was mentioned in his grand father, Richard Perrin's will, as William Farrar, son of Mr. Thomas Farrar" but died apparently before 12 December 1715 in Henrico County.
Second son, Perrin Farrar was named in 1691 in grand father, Richard Perrins deed to Thomas & Katherine, his daughter, but was not mentioned in his will of 1694. (8V427: Henrico County, D&W 5, 560)
He also predeceased his father.
