Whereas John Jordan petitions for relief as serucity to the bond given by Edmund Jordan administrator of the estate of Dempsey Jordan deceased. It is therefore ordered by the court that the said Edmond Jordan administrator as aforesaid do appear at the next term of this court and show cause if any he has why relief should not be granted as prayed for by the petitioner.

In open court came Columbus C. Luckett and made application to this court for the guardianship of Elizabeth and Sophia M. ?????? minors of Edward M. ?????? dec and no objections being made It is ordered by the court that the said Columbus C. Luckette be and he is hereby appointed Guardian for said orphans and that he give bond in the sum of two thousand dollars and that he give William R. Luckett and Benjamin Luckett be his securities on said bond and it is further ordered that the clerk of this court grant the said Columbus C. Luckett letters of guardianship of said orpans whom his giving said bond and security and taking the oath prescribed by law in such case made and provided complied in open court and letters granted this 3rd day of January 18(3?)2
