Delila Jordan, age 90, born in South Carolina is listed in the 1850 Randolph Co., AL. census living in the home of Samuel and Sarah Nunis. William seems to have died between 1844, the last year he applied for a pension, and 1850. There are no records available for Randolph County of that time period due to a court house fire.

William's children, Elizabeth, Burrell, Sarah, & Christopher were mentioned in his Rev. War Pension application. William & Delilah had other children who show up in the census records.
One male born prior to 1790. (Probably the Joseph who shows up next door in 1810).
Two females born prior to 1790
Two females born between 1790 and 1800.

I found a marriage record for a Delilah Jordan and Jordan Leverett on May, 30, 1817 in Lincoln County, Georgia. Lincoln is a neighboring county to Elbert where William's family shows up in 1820. Several of the Leverett families show up later in Clay County, Alabama where a number of the Jordans also made their homes. I think there is a good possibility that this Delilah is one of the daughters born to William and his wife Delilah in the 1790's. I intend to search this further.
