Eudelia (Lita) worked in the millinery store, the fountain, and ran a candy store, the latter located in the Rex Theater. It was called the Rex Milkmaid. She was the 11th child of Ygnacio and Adelaida Preciado, and was born in Madera. Later she married George Whitney. Lita was the last survivor of the original Preciado family. Lits died January 25, 1987 at the age of 100..

Lita's godmother was Teodora Arrondondo of Madera CA. Her husband was Jose.
