To my wife, Amie, messuages, etc, of the late disolved free chapelcalled, Sthirtal's St.
Luke's Dorset, and after her death to my son; John Jacob, and my friends, Thomas
Edwards. Gent. and Nathaniel Friend, the year in trust to permit my daughter, Jane, Wife
of Edward Bisse, Gent. to take profit thereof. Edward Geroge of Wraxall owes me 2,000
pounds on mortgage of lands in Waxall. John Jacob and his wife shall have 1,500 pounds
thereof, and another portion to my wife, Amie and my trusrees as Jane Bysee shall
appoint. Me estate in the Manor of Mathern, MonmouthCounty, granted to my
daughter, Jane, now wife of Edward Bysee, by George Milborne, Gent. To my
Grandchild, Amy Bereley nan d heirs, my inheritance in tenements in Frampton. My
niece, Elizabeth Colemn, 5 pounds.

Administration granted to Ann Berkely 10-11-1686, Amye Symes, the relect, being
deseased.

May of the records called him Harry He and his family remained in Frampton, Cotrell,
Gloucester and were buried there. Harry and Anne had 5 daughters in the will and no
sons.

Eleanor Symes Seymore died 9-26-1672
Frances Symes died 12-17-1671
Elizabeth married Richard Berkley of Stoke Gifford, Son & heir of Sir. Maurice.
Jan married Edward Bysse of Wells, England

John was buried in Frampton, Cottrell, Gloucester, England
