Ordered that Henry Vandyck & FRENCH HAGGARD possession of all land between Flatt Rock Creek & Crockett Creek up to Flatt Rock road that goes to Capt. Jennings, & from thence along the great road that leads to Crockett Creek & all the land between the two creeks & Meherrin.

Will Dated May 6, 1759, Recorded May 5, 1760;
Codicil:
I left out three tracts of land on Flatrock Creek, Beaver Pond and branches thereof formally granted to Richard Talliaferro and since then conveyed to testator; and since that conveyance the testator did convenant with and agree to sell to David Gentry, FRENCH HAGGARD, William Allin and James Chriswell all of this land which they agreed to divide. Dated 7 May, 1759
