6 -- I am also told there was another brother to Thomas C. and his name is
Joseph C.

Thomas Cortez's daughter Alma said that Bryant was buried in Hill County, in either Dresden or Spring Hill Cemeteries. There is a Dresden and Spring Hill Cemetery in Navarro County, around a little town named Dawson where Bryant's daughter Nancy Equilla and her husband Gant R. Sims are buried. There are also lots of Sims and a few herrings in Dawson Cemetery. The Hill County and Navarro County lines are right by Dawson.
